New emailed OTP to replace security questions
To ensure we continue delivering the most secure online experience, we are preparing to replace the use of security challenge questions with an emailed One Time Passcode (OTP) in Online Banking and the Mobile App by Tuesday, March 31, 2026. This change does not affect Mobile App use of biometric-based logins
