We are enhancing our Debit Cards with features such as contactless/tap and go, which means you don’t have to insert or swipe your card. This generates a unique behind-the-scenes code, helping to protect against fraud and improve efficiency. In addition, we will be upgrading our services to include digital wallets, instant issue & mobile app features to allow further card control. These changes require a new Debit Card with new number that will be mailed to you and can be used following August 3rd, 2026. Watch for this new card in your mail. Effective August 3rd, 2026, follow the activation instructions enclosed with the new card and begin using your new card as your old card will no longer function. Important: Please change any recurring payments you may have to your new card number. For questions, contact your “Hometown” Chelsea Savings Bank or ask any bank employee during your next visit.
